Engagement Structure
Private, one-on-one coaching, conducted virtually.
60-minute sessions, typically weekly or biweekly.
Most engagements begin with 6–8 sessions and evolve based on individual goals and progress.

Every engagement begins with a complimentary 30-minute Discovery Conversation. Together, we’ll explore your goals, where you are today, and whether Rondon & Co. is the right fit for your journey. If we decide to move forward, we’ll design a personalized coaching experience built around your unique goals, opportunities, and challenges. Rather than following a fixed program, every engagement evolves with the individual—providing the guidance, tools, and accountability needed to help you own your future.
Coaching sessions are conducted virtually, allowing clients to work with Rondon & Co. from wherever they are. In-person meetings may be available for local clients in select circumstances.
