Why This Matters

Information is everywhere. Knowing what to do with it is different.

Do I make the move or stay where I am?

How do I prepare for an interview that really matters?

How do I get people to believe in my idea?

How do I ask for what I want?

Am I ready to step into a bigger opportunity?

These are the decisions and conversations that shape careers, businesses and lives. That’s where our work begins.

Fiorella Rondon, founder of Rondon & Co.

The Founder

I learned early that you don’t always feel ready before you move.

Early in my career, I walked into a hotel with a résumé, determination and one piece of advice from my aunt:

“If you want it, walk in like you already belong there.”

I did.

That decision became one of many that shaped the next 20+ years of my career across hospitality, healthcare, supply chain and technology.

I’ve built teams, developed strategic partnerships, led people and spent more than a decade mentoring professionals through moments of change and greater responsibility.

I’ve also let opportunities pass because I didn’t believe I was ready.

Confidence doesn’t always come before the decision. Sometimes, you build it because you made one.

How We Work

We don’t make decisions for people. We help them become better equipped to make their own.

Judgment

Know what matters. Think clearly. Make better decisions.

Confidence

Trust yourself enough to move before every answer is clear.

Communication

Express your ideas, your value and what you want clearly.

Performance

Show up when the opportunity, conversation or decision matters.

THE WORK

Better decisions begin with better questions.

You don’t need every answer.
You need to know what matters, what you’re willing to act on, and how to communicate it when it counts.
