About

Many young adults have been taught how to achieve, but few have been taught how to trust themselves.

That's the gap Rondon & Co. was created to exist.

Why This Matters to Me

"If you want it, walk in like you already belong there."

Early in my career, I walked into a hotel with nothing more than a résumé, determination, and one piece of advice from my aunt.

That simple advice changed the way I approached my life and career.

It gave me the confidence to pursue opportunities long before I felt completely ready, opening doors that shaped who I am today.

As my career grew, so did the number of mentors who challenged my thinking and helped me strengthen my judgment—not by giving me answers, but by teaching me how to think.

As I got older, I also came to appreciate my mother's quiet influence. She never tried to solve every problem for me. Instead, she helped me find the right support when I needed it most, teaching me that the greatest guidance isn't giving someone all the answers—it's helping them become confident enough to find their own.

Looking back, I realized they all gave me the same gift.

They didn't build my future for me.

They gave me the confidence, perspective, and support to build it myself.

Why I Created Rondon & Co.

Over the years, I met remarkable young adults who reminded me of myself.

Capable. Curious. Full of potential.

They didn't need more information. They needed someone who could help them recognize what they were already capable of while equipping them with the judgment, tools, and confidence to navigate opportunities and challenges on their own.

That's why I created Rondon & Co.

Not because I have all the answers, but because I know what can happen when someone believes in you, challenges you, and gives you the tools to think for yourself.

My goal is to help young adults build the judgment, self-trust, and practical skills to step into opportunities before they feel completely ready.

Not someone to decide their future.

Someone to help them own it.
