Private coaching typically includes six 60-minute sessions, usually held weekly or biweekly, with flexibility to tailor the engagement based on what you’re navigating. Sessions combine honest conversation, practical tools, real-world perspective and deliberate action tied to your decisions, opportunities and goals.
