No. Therapy focuses on healing and treating mental health conditions. Rondon & Co. is a coaching and advisory practice designed to help capable young adults strengthen the skills that shape their future—judgment, self-trust, communication, leadership, and adaptability. When appropriate, we’re happy to collaborate with therapists and other trusted professionals to best support the individual.
Tutoring teaches subjects. Career counseling often focuses on choosing a profession or landing a job. Our work is broader. We help young adults become stronger decision-makers, more confident communicators, and capable leaders so they’re prepared for opportunities far beyond a single interview, degree, or career move.
The young adult is our primary client. While parents often play an important supporting role, every engagement is centered on helping the young adult build the confidence, judgment, and ownership to make decisions independently. Family involvement is always thoughtful, purposeful, and based on what best supports the young adult’s growth.
Every engagement begins with a conversation. Together, we identify the opportunities, challenges, and goals that matter most. From there, we create a personalized coaching experience designed to strengthen the skills needed to navigate what’s next with confidence and ownership.

We primarily work with young adults between the ages of 18 and 30 who are preparing for important life and career transitions. Every individual is different, so we focus less on age and more on readiness—the desire to grow, take ownership, and step confidently into what’s next.
The initial conversation is a complimentary 30-minute call focused on understanding where you are, what opportunities or challenges lie ahead, and what you hope to achieve. It is an opportunity to ask questions, discuss goals, and learn more about the Rondon & Co. approach.
