Why this work matters to me
My belief in this work is personal.
Like many young adults, I experienced moments that required me to navigate uncertainty, reinvent myself, and make decisions without having all the answers. Looking back, I can see how much those experiences shaped me.
I can also see that I did not navigate them alone.
I was fortunate to have people who believed in me, challenged me, opened doors, and helped me see possibilities I could not yet see for myself. The guidance, opportunities, and support I received played a meaningful role in shaping my life's direction.
Over time, I realized something important.
Success is rarely built on opportunity alone. It is shaped by the confidence to act, the judgment to make decisions, the ability to adapt, and the willingness to own your future.
