NEXT-GENERATION DEVELOPMENT ADVISORY

Success requires more than opportunity.

Developing the self-trust, judgment, and life skills that turn opportunity into capability.

Opportunity isn't enough.

You can have the education.

The connections.

The support.

The potential.

And still struggle to move forward.

Because building a meaningful life doesn't come from opportunity alone.

It comes from trusting your judgment, making decisions, communicating effectively, and learning how to navigate uncertainty. These are the skills that turn potential into capability.

At Rondon & Co., we help young adults develop the self-trust, judgment, and life skills needed to navigate adulthood with confidence and independence.

Because success requires more than opportunity.

Developing Independence

For young adults ready to take greater ownership of their future. We focus on the communication skills, accountability, judgment, and life skills needed to thrive independently and successfully navigate adulthood.

Learn more about who we support →

We focus on capability, not achievement.

Most support for young adults focuses on performance. We focus on what makes performance sustainable: the internal capabilities required to navigate adulthood successfully.

Personalized

Every engagement is tailored to the individual, their circumstances, and the transition they are navigating. This is not a one-size-fits-all program.

Family-Aware

Growth does not happen in isolation. When appropriate, we partner with parents, family members, and other trusted advisors to create alignment and support lasting development.

Built for Real Life

Many are not lacking ability. They are struggling to trust themselves enough to use it. We develop the capabilities that matter most:
Self-Trust · Judgment · Adaptability · Independence

Private advisory environment
"The challenge is not potential. The challenge is becoming someone who can trust themselves when life offers no clear answers."

Fiorella Rondon, founder and next-generation development advisor at Rondon and Co

Why I started Rondon & Co.

Over the years, I noticed the same pattern repeatedly. Young adults with every advantage — education, opportunities, resources, and support — still struggle to trust themselves, make decisions, and move forward with confidence.

They were capable. Intelligent. Full of potential. Yet many felt stuck between knowing what they could do and believing they were capable of doing it.

Rondon & Co. was created to help close that gap. Because success requires more than opportunity. It requires the confidence, judgment, adaptability, and independence to use it well.

Questions we hear most

Rondon & Co provides private, one-on-one Next-Generation Development Advisory for young adults navigating important life transitions. Our work focuses on helping clients develop confidence, self-trust, decision-making ability, and personal direction during the years that shape adulthood.

No. Therapy and advisory work serve different purposes. Therapy is designed to address mental health concerns and emotional healing. Our work is future-focused and developmental. We help young adults strengthen self-awareness, build confidence, improve decision-making, and move through important transitions with greater clarity and intention. When appropriate, we are happy to work alongside therapists and other trusted professionals.

The young adult is always our primary client. At the same time, we recognize that parents and families are deeply invested in the outcome. We maintain appropriate communication and, when beneficial, offer alignment conversations that help ensure everyone is supporting the same long-term goals.

Each engagement begins with a Discovery Call to determine mutual fit. From there, we design a personalized advisory experience built around the young adult’s specific circumstances, goals, and challenges. Sessions are private, structured, and tailored to the individual.

Many of our clients come through referrals from families, educators, advisors, and professionals who know our work. We also welcome inquiries from families and young adults who have discovered us independently and believe our approach may be a good fit.

Yes. Many of the young adults we work with appear capable, intelligent, and high-achieving. Yet beneath the surface they may feel uncertain, overwhelmed, disconnected from their direction, or unsure of how to make important decisions. Our work often begins in the space between external success and internal confidence.

The Discovery Call is a complimentary 30-minute conversation designed to understand what the young adult and family are navigating and determine whether Rondon & Co is the right fit. There is no obligation. It is simply an opportunity to discuss your situation, ask questions, and explore potential next steps together.

We typically work with young adults between the ages of 15 and 28. The challenges facing a high school student preparing for college differ from those facing a recent graduate or young professional. Our approach adapts to the individual while maintaining the same commitment to depth, development, and long-term growth.

Most support available to young adults focuses on academic performance, career outcomes, or solving a specific problem. Our work focuses on the person behind those outcomes. We help clients develop the confidence, judgment, self-awareness, and decision-making ability that influence every future opportunity, relationship, and transition.
